YOU can make a lasting difference in the lives of some of Newark’s vulnerable children and families this holiday season!

Now is your opportunity to give joy, spread love, and inspire hope, right here in the Greater Newark area, by supporting La Casa de Don Pedro’s #GivingTuesday™ campaign. #GivingTuesday marks the start of the giving season, when we look to spread a little holiday cheer to the people we serve by collecting monetary donations to strengthen our programs and distributing food and toy donations we receive from donors like you!

Help La Casa de Don Pedro raise $20,000 to support our programs, provide more than 500 families with holiday meals, and fulfill the wishes of the 1000+ children and teenagers we educate and support. Our campaign runs from #GivingTuesday, [December 3] until December 31st.

“I first started coming to La Casa’s after school program two years ago. I like that it’s not like all the other after school programs I’ve been to before. Here we get to do a bunch of activities that I really enjoy such as art activities, going to the gardens when it’s nice outside to do some planting, and getting lots of help with our homework so when we go home, we can just spend time with our families. It’s just a fun place to be instead of just going straight home after school is over.”
