The Hispanic Women’s Resource Center provides a framework that offers a forum for Hispanic Women to come together and share experiences and opinions as well as take common and individual actions that allow self expression and personal development. Within the Hispanic Women’s Resource Center is a platform that allows La Casa to assemble classes, workshops and activities that meet the needs of women. The Center offers activities in a thoroughly bilingual [English and Spanish] within a multicultural and cultural competent manner. Most of the adult educational and personal development activities are extended to clients of the Hispanic Women’s Resource Center.

Urgent Update: This program was affected by the New Jersey’s State budgetary cuts and will be suspended until such time that La Casa is able to obtain a new funding source or otherwise integrate the activities within a new framework.
