This program is designed to assist soon to be or recently released ex-offenders overcome obstacles presented to them in returning to their communities. La Casa’s Case Managers are engaged in active outreach in the prisons and accept referrals as well as walk-ins looking for assistance in preparing and finding work opportunities. Program participants are provided case management support and placed in educational and job readiness activities and supported in finding and adjusting to the workplace environment.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Open to recently released ex-offenders, and to those requiring assistance in finding job opportunities.
