Out-of-School Youth
Youth-in-Motion
The Youth-in-Motion program is designed to help out-of-school youth ages 16-21 transition to post-secondary education and/or the workforce. Participants are assessed and placed into basic literacy, pre-GED, and GED classes and participate in Job Readiness workshops. Eligible participants will receive a monthly stipend.
Eligibility
The program is open to low-income Newark residents ages 16-21.
